The bus will be dispatched as soon as possible; unfortunately we are not able to prearrange pickups due to Melbourne Airport restrictions.

• The pickup point is opposite the Parkroyal entrance at the bus shelter which has the words: Hotel & Parking shuttle bus pick up point
• This is the only place that the bus is authorised to stop to pick you up. We suggest that you use the courtesy bus rather than queue up for a taxi as the taxi drivers don’t always appreciate the small distance fare
